The Atmoce MI-500 Microinverter is a photovoltaic device designed to convert DC (direct current) energy from solar panels into AC (alternating current) energy for residential use or connection to the electrical grid.
This model features a nominal AC output power of 500 W and supports up to 700 W of DC input power, allowing it to work with higher-capacity photovoltaic modules. Its maximum efficiency is approximately 97%, guaranteeing a high energy conversion rate and better utilization of solar production.
At the DC input level, the Atmoce MI-500 operates with an MPPT voltage range between 16 V and 60 V, with a maximum input voltage of 60 V and a start-up voltage around 22 V. The nominal operating voltage is 36 V, making it compatible with most current residential photovoltaic modules.
At the AC output, the microinverter operates at 230 V, with a frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz, and has an approximate output current of 2,28 A. The power factor is close to 0,99, contributing to better power quality delivered to the installation.
In terms of construction, it has an IP67 protection rating, making it resistant to dust and water, suitable for outdoor installation under solar panels. It uses standard MC4 DC connectors and was developed to operate in harsh environmental conditions.
