Purposes of processing
- Performance of contracts: where necessary, we process and communicate to third parties that also apply the GDPR only the personal data strictly necessary to fulfil the conditions offered for the provision of services or the purchase and sale of goods.
- Marketing: we process your personal data to send relevant commercial campaigns and information and event communications only where you have expressly consented to processing for these purposes.
Data sharing
Your personal information may be disclosed:
- to companies with which PV Partner Iberia shares resources to carry out its activity;
- to third parties for the performance of a contract, to comply with the law, or for other purposes for which we have the data subject's consent.
These companies receive only the personal data required by law and necessary to provide the service concerned. We are committed to protecting your personal data and therefore verify that our partners also apply the GDPR.
Retention period
Where no mandatory legal retention period applies, we keep your data for 5 years.
Your rights

Where consent is legally required for processing, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, nor further processing of the same data on another legal basis, such as the performance of a contract or a legal obligation. Every PV Partner Iberia email marketing message includes an opt-out mechanism. Customers, users and subscribers can remove their data at any time, simply and immediately, by clicking the corresponding link in the message, with no further formalities.
Security
PV Partner Iberia implements all security measures within its reach and resources to protect electronic communications, but cannot definitively guarantee that its systems are inviolable. Although internet communications can be encrypted, we cannot rule out malicious attacks or that information may be viewed in that context. Sending information electronically is never completely secure. Where data is submitted this way, by clicking "subscribe to newsletter" or any other button with the same purpose, the data subject acknowledges this and consents to the processing of the data under the terms set out here.
